Cheese 101 with Amanda Hartman
Join us at Old Brooklyn Cheese Co. for Cheese 101. Amanda Hartman, American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and AGM at L'Albatros will cover the origin and history of basic cheese styles. Hard alpines, soft farmhouse, monastery, and blues. We will be tasting 1-2 examples of each style. Wine will be provided. 20 tickets are available.
