We are a small food company that creates seasonal raw milk cheeses and award winning mustards. We operate a cut-to-order specialty cheese shop which offers cheese, charcuterie, lunch menu items, and specialty grocery.

Old Brooklyn Cheese Co. is a growing company with opportunities in many different areas including professional cheese mongers, team leaders, retail management, food production assistants, cheese maker assistant & affineur.

We welcome individuals that work hard, are fun to be around, and motivated to give outstanding customer service. Experience with cheese and food service is a big bonus, but excellent communication skills, the ambition to learn and the desire to make Old Brooklyn Cheese Co. an exceptional product and experience for all of our customers.
