Join us at the cheese shop for the release of O’Toole’s, a semi-hard, beer infused, raw cow’s milk cheese. This is our seasonal cheese to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. We use Collision Bend Brewing Company’s Bollard Pull Porter to infuse into the curds for hours. This creates even flavors and a gorgeous marble effect. Hints of chocolate and coffee.
