Michael Januska, has created a taste of Andalusia,Spain. As a chef for 20+ years, Michael spent a lot of time in Spain exploring the food culture. On Nov. 20th, he will be making his favorite traditional tapas.

Opal is hosting and pairing the wines.

Ticket price includes welcome wine pour, tapas , 2 white pours and 3 red pours.

Cured Meats:  Chorizo, Lomo, Salchichon, Jamon Serrano

V.  Traditional Tortilla. Potato and onion omelette. Served with tomato, shallots & aioli.

Albondigas. Beef and pork meatballs in pepper-tomato sauce.

Prawns in O-Med olive oil, garlic, chili.

V.  Patatas Bravas. Triple cooked potatoes with Brava sauce and aioli.
