One Buy-in, TWO CHEESE ORDER PICK UPS. Bracketology will follow the NCAA March Madness schedule.

MARCH 14TH: Buy-ins due. Paid in full.

MARCH 18th - 19th: Pick up cheeses for Rounds 1 & 2

MARCH 22nd: Brackets must be submitted to prepare for Rounds 3 & 4.

MARCH 25th - 26th: Pick up cheeses for Rounds 3, 4 & Championship.

COMPLETED BRACKETS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 1ST.

** All completed brackets will be tailied to determine our Champion Cheese, which will be on sale at both cheese shop locations following the tournament. Champion will be announced on 4/03/2023.

** All completed brackets will be entered into a Grand Prize drawing which will include some OB Cheese swag and other goodies.
